CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR CRIMES AGAINST JUSTICE IN THE COUNTRIES OF ROMAN-GERMAN LEGAL FAMILY

Abstract
The article analyzes the criminal law of a number of European countries, belonging to the Roman-German legal system. In particular, the issue of systematization of offenses, that violate the established procedure of judicial proceedings, enforcement of judgments in special parts of the criminal codes of the group of foreign countries under consideration is considered. On the basis of comparison with the provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, it was concluded, that the Ukrainian legislator’s approach to placing articles on liability for crimes against justice in the system of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was correct.
