Crisis management: economic crisis and banking crisis

Abstract
The economic crisis means the beginning of a period of declining economic growth or its recession. Financial crises in the general and the banking crisis are in particular a common phenomenon in developed and developing countries. This research first presents a typology of various financial crises - the currency crisis, the debt crisis, the balance of payments crisis, and the banking crisis - and sets out criteria for measuring them. It then provides a specific definition of the banking crisis, and it examines the plurality and frequency of occurrence of bank crises at different times and in different countries. In the following, the coincidence and sequence of the banking crisis with other forms of the financial crisis have been analyzed statistically. Then, the consequences of the banking crisis are estimated and estimates of the cost of the banking crisis in the countries that have suffered. Subsequently, the explanations that have been discussed after the recent financial crisis about how the banking crisis affects the performance of the real economy segment have been reviewed. Statistical Society The basis of this article is 164 countries between 1970 and 1970. In the end, policy recommendations are being made to deal with the banking crisis.
