CRITERIA OF DIAGNOSTICATION OF MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
Identified and well-organized criteria that will help to systematize the management activities of construction business organizations. The characteristic negative symptoms of lowering the quality of management activity of construction business organizations are revealed. The criteria are schematically illustrated by the example of the diagnosis of a real construction business organization. The levels of maturity are described in accordance with the quality of managerial activity of construction business organizations. It is forecasted that application of the criterion approach will allow to effectively monitor the dynamics of improvement of management practice and to design effective self-study organizations in accordance with the existing international principles of continuous improvement.
