Abstract
The article examines the specifics of the investigation detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine, and analyzed its advantages and disadvantages. Proved the validity of the assignment to the investigative jurisdiction of the detectives NAB the criminal corruption crimes committed by senior officials authorized to perform state functions or local self-government and constitute a threat to national security.
