CURRENT SITUATION WITH CONSUMER LOANS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current level of consumer loans. The article describes the essence, convenience and advantages of this type of loans for the population of the country. The analysis of the current state of the consumer loans sphere was made on the base of data of the National Bank of Ukraine and the dynamics of consumer loans in national and foreign currencies was analyzed. The analysis of given loans in the regions of Ukraine was made. Top 10 largest banks by the loans to individuals have been identified. Also the energy efficiency program IQ-energy developed by the European Bank for Recоnstruction and Development (EBRD) with the participation of Ukrainian partner banks is explored in the article. The rates of loans within this programm have been analyzed and the necessity of development of the сonsumer loans and the participation of Ukrainian banks in such programs have been discovered.
