CURRENT STATUS OF FINANCIAL MARKET UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the economic foundations of the financial market of Ukraine are revealed. Parameters of its functioning, the number of professional participants of the financial market figures on the issue of shares and bonds, the volume of assets of financial market participants are investigated. In the article it is investigated that banking institutions, insurance companies, securities firms, and pension funds are the main specialized financial market participants in Ukraine. It is found that in 2016 the number of participants-banks in the financial market is 120 institutions. Ways of improving the financial market of Ukraine are proposed.
