CUSTODY AND CARE IN THE CIVIL LAW OF UKRAINE: PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF THE APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES AND TRUSTEES

Abstract
The article is sanctified to illumination of one of issues of the day of civil law in relation to the problem questions of setting of guardians and trustees in obedience to a legislation. One of indexes of the modern democratic state there is a level of her anxiety about persons that need the special forms of sociallegal help and defence. To the forms of such anxiety in Ukraine it is possible to take guardianship and caring by the task of that, in accordance with a article 55 Civil Code of Ukraine, there is providing of the personal unproperty and property rights and interests of very young, minor persons, and also adult persons that on the state a health can not independently carry out the rights and carry out duties. It is a category of citizens, that needs the separate guarantees of own rights.
