Abstract
Daptomisine duyarlı olmayan Enterococcus faecium (DNSE)’a bağlı ciddi nfeksiyonlarda en iyi tedavi seçeneği belirsizdir. Burada DNSE bakteriyemisi olan bir olguda daptomisin kullanımı tecrübemizi paylaştık. Bildiğimiz kadarı ile literatürde daptomisin monoterapisi ile başarılı tedavi edilen ilk olgudur.
