Death penalty as an exceptional measure of punishment

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to an institution penalty of death. This institute was set long ago, and today is quite controversial. The views of supporters and opponents of this type of punishment are absolutely different. The paper analyzes all the “pros” and “cons regarding the death penalty. Considering the practical side of the death penalty in the modern world in the article the question of the return of this type of punishment in Ukraine and ways to achieve this.
