Abstract
The problems of management decisions that arise in terms of conflict situations. Posted leader in its use of psychological tools and rational technology adoption in conflict. The role of conflict in management as a criterion for the identification of objective contradictions. It is proposed that the formation of leadership that reflect commitment to the successful implementation manager, through intelligence, determination, initiative and business activity, self-confidence, people skills and a willingness to make decisions and take responsibility in crisis situations.
