Decision of numerical problems with symbolic methods

Abstract

Modern methods for numerical decision of linear systems guarantee successful results only for good systems. Decision of bad systems (bad conditional, singular) is already problem. This paper describes using symbol methods for decision of bad conditional and singular systems.
