DEFINITION AND LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF PATHOANATOMICAL SERVICE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The normative legal sources of the system of national Ukrainian legislation that regulate main functioning directions of the pathoanatomical service in Ukraine is researched. The main legislative problems of the legal regulation of the pathoanatomical service activity and the proposals for their legislative regulation are set out. Definition of the «pathologic-anatomical service» is provided.
