DEFINITION OF COMPETENCIES AND POWERS INSTITUTE OF NOTARY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of competence and authority of the institute of notary in Ukraine. The questions of rights and duties of notarial activity in Ukraine are considered, the concept of «competence» is defined and the powers of the institute of notary in Ukraine are considered in detail. The legislative short stories on reforming the powers and competence of a notary in Ukraine are analyzed.
