Abstract
This article explores basic scientific approaches to management development company, defining the content of the basic concepts that form the definition of «system of economic development of commercial enterprise.» summarizes the features of the financial and business trade. Based on the taxonomic approach generated new theoretical and methodological approach to the economic characteristics of the concept.
