Abstract
The article is devoted to the scientific and theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations concerning the state regulation processes of restructuring of business entities current assets in the deoffshorization conditions. Hypothesis of the study is the assumption that the state regulation processes of restructuring of business entities` current assets under deoffshorization economy as well as the conclusions and proposals made on the basis of identification and analysis features, trends and patterns of the state regulation processes of restructuring of business entities` current assets under deoffshorization of Ukraine’s economy, makes it possible to improve the state regulation processes. Статья посвящена научно-теоретическому обоснованию и разработке практических рекомендаций относительно государственного регулирования процессов реструктуризации активов субъектов хозяйствования в современных условиях деоффшоризации. Гипотезой исследования являются предположения, что государственное регулирование процессов реструктуризации активов субъектов хозяйствования в условиях деоффшоризации экономики, а также выводы и предложения, сделанные на основе выявления и анализа особенностей, тенденций и закономерностей государственного регулирования процессов реструктуризации активов субъектов хозяйствования в условиях деоффшоризации экономики Украины, дает возможность усовершенствовать государственное регулирование этих процессов.
