Abstract
The main problems of the formation of the state-private partnership (РPP) in the water-and-gas complex of Ukraine have been identified with the process of adaptation of the ЄС schodo ecologic bake. It is put hats optimizatsii fіansovogo zabezpetchennja derzhavoju proektіv in modernizatsii іslіdzhuvanoї sphere. Визначено основні проблеми формування державно-приватного партнерства у водогосподарському комплексі України у процесі імплементації угод ЄС щодо екологічної безпеки. Наведено напрями оптимізації фінансового забезпечення державою проектів модернізації досліджуваної сфери.
