Designe of Multi-Parameter Water Quanlity Sensor

Abstract

In order to simplify the transmission line of water quality sensor and improve the measurement accuracy of conductivity and pH parameters, single-core cable structure, six-layer stacking mode and single-end input mode were used to optimize the design. The analysis results show that the single core cable structure transmits data through the power line when supplying DC power for the sensor. The six-layer plate has more excellent and stable noise suppression ability. When using single-ended mode, the working electrode of the p H sensor should to be connected to the high impedance input terminal, and the equipotential point calibration method is adopted to calibrate the pH sensor value.
