DETERMINANTS OF PROFESSIONAL DEFORMATION OF POLICE OFFICERS OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article investigates the emergence and development of professional deformation of the employees of the National Police of Ukraine, which are caused by a set of personal, microsystem, macrosystem determinants. Methodological and pragmatic approaches to the definition and classification of determinants of professional deformation of police officers are synthesized. The role and place of defects of moral and legal consciousness as components of the professional culture of police officers in the development of professional deformation are determined, the determinants of these deviations in the mechanism of socialization are outlined. It was found out that professional deformation, as a complex social phenomenon, is caused by a whole complex of administrative, organizational, social, political, moral reasons, among which – and the phenomena caused by the development of processes of democratization and openness in society: multiparty system, pluralism of thoughts, decentralization and demonopolization power in the state, etc. It is proved that the essential prerequisite for increasing the authority of the police is the mandatory observance of the basic principles of forming a public opinion on the activities of the National Police of Ukraine, which is ensured by: a real strengthening of the rule of law; careful attitude towards citizens and the effectiveness of protecting their rights and legitimate interests; the priority for police officers in their relations with citizens of the idea of social partnership and cooperation; the implementation of a unified information policy based on the objectivity, efficiency, regularity, as well as openness of information on the activities of the police; scientifically grounded, systematic approach to organization and timely correction of activity on formation of public opinion; The recognition by the public opinion police is one of the important criteria for assessing the work of these bodies. It is concluded that professional deformation is an immanent property of professional activity of employees of the National Police of Ukraine, whose development is proportional to the experience and experience of practical work. In this sense, this phenomenon is irresistible, and its prevention is possible only in terms of the formation of the permissible limit on the employees, on which begins the moral degradation of the individual, the wrongful nature of behavior.
