DETERMINATION OF BASIC THREATS ECONOMIC SECURITY OF MOTOR TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In the article the most widespread scientifically methodical going to determination of economic security of enterprise are considered. Outlined basic progress of a transport complex trends, place and value of motor transport are outlined too. Necessity of development of the newest approaches to providing and evaluation of the proper economic strength of motor transport enterprise as to the stable operating and possibilities of growth condition is showed too. Teoretiko-methodical going to determination of economic security is considered there too. For the rating of economic strength security motor transport enterprises this article offers not as its determination not as a state, but as a degree of realization of him economic interests. Basic threats to economic security of motor transport enterprises, which are parted on external and internal threats also are outlined. Unfounded changes in a legislation, licensing of activity on a transport; instability of political and social situation is in a country and its regions; change in the external economic policy of the state; sharpening of political and economic conflicts; changes in a customs legislation and complications of custom procedures; a price advance is in the world market of fuel, growth of dependence, from their export; worsening of investment climate etc are attributed to the basic external threats. The decline of safety of realization the transportations, which connect with worsening of the state of a transport infrastructure; considerable physical and moral wear of rolling stock; decline of efficiency of motivation of work on the motor transport, and decline of responsibility and competence of drivers of motor transport etc are attributed to the basic internal threats. The most perspective method of estimation of economic strength of motor transport enterprises security is considered the method of fuzzy logic, which gives possibility to connect a high-quality and quantitative estimation.
