Determination of crime in the sphere of illegal turnover of alcoholic beverages

Abstract
The article analyzes the most criminological significant factors that influence the process of forming an approved attitude towards the illegal production and use of counterfeit in Ukraine. The process of origin of motivation among people who manufacture and sell alcoholic products illegally is described, including for the purpose of evading paying taxes.
