DETERMINATION OF THE BASIC PARAMETERS OF THE TECHNOLOGY FOR PREVIOUS ORE DRESSING IN QUARRIES AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON THE WORK OF MINING COMPLEX

Abstract
Purpose. To determine the basic parameters of the technology for dressing of ore in quarries and their impact on the work of the ore mining and processing enterprise. Methodology. Synthesis of research results using computer simulation methods has been used. Findings. The determined volume and sequence of works is necessary for the introduction of the technology of non-ore dressing in deep iron ore quarries. It has been substantiated that it is economically expedient to use the technology of ore pre-dressing in a quarry in a complex with cyclic-streaming technology. It has been proved that the cargo flows of ore become dependent on the complex dressing. As a result, after the previous dressing, there are additionally two elementary traffic flows (industrial product and tails). The peculiarities of freight traffic formation, the impact of freight transport communication, compatibility with the schemes of disclosure and systems of development, application of technological schemes and pre-dressing complexes have been substantiated. The results of analytical calculations concerning the application of the pre-dressing technology to the rocks of the disclosure of Petrovsky's career are presented. The calculations have shown that the removal of iron ores from the rocks reveals can reduce the loss of minerals by 5.3 times. This allows you to increase the production capacity of a career by 2.1-8.3% over the years, depending on the volume of dressing. Originality. For the first time, regularities have been established for changing the parameters of the stream of ore mass that enters the rocky complex of a complex geological structure, in terms of quality and fineness in relation to the parameters of the equipment of the technological complex of the quar-ry, which includes the dressing process. Practical value. Based on the established regularities, the influence of the productivity of the pre-dressing complex on the production capacity of the career, the productivity of the dressing plant and the overlapping work is substantiated. Conclusions. It has been proved that the technology of ore dressing in a quarries is energy-saving technology, as the total energy intensity of the process of dumping and processing per ton of final products decreases due to the improvement of the quality of mineral raw materials.
