DETERMINATION OF THE LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL QUALITIES IN A COMPLEX IN STUDENTS

Abstract
The problem of system managing the evaluation of the level of physical preparedness of the first-year students at physical education classes in higher education institutions is analyzed in the article. An important condition that determines the effectiveness of the educational process is the high level of physical and mental performance of students. The basis of the student's high work capacity is his physical fitness, which is determined by the level of development of basic physical qualities. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the feasibility of using the method of assessing the level of physical preparedness of students of higher educational institutions. It is established that the correct estimation of the level of physical preparedness is one of the important factors in increasing the effectiveness of controlling the process of physical education of students, starting from the first year. Analysis of the results of the research shows that systematic observation of the physical preparedness of every student allows the teacher to timely observe the development of physical qualities and skills, to identify those who are lagging behind, and on the basis of a differentiated approach, with the help of special pedagogical influences, to achieve the necessary effect for the solution of the tasks of physical education of students of higher educational establishments. Teachers of physical education, systematically controlling physical preparedness of students and analyzing results of the control, being aware of the dynamics of the main physical qualities’ development, can qualitatively manage the process of physical education of students, starting from the first year.
