DETERMINATION OF THE MATHEMATICAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE PARAMETERS OF THE SPRAYING PROCESS AND THE STRENGTH OF THE COATING-TO-SUBSTRATE BOND

Abstract
Several experimental methods were used to establish a mathematical relationship between the parameters of the spraying process and the strength of the coating adhesion to the base metal. Composite materials were used as the sprayed material, since they are widely used in industry and meet the necessary requirements for the strength properties of the coating. As a result of studying the microstructure and hardness of the coating during spraying, it was found that the maximum strength of the coating adhesion to the base metal is ensured by the ratio of the velocities of the anode and cathode wires at each arc voltage level
