Determination of the Normative of Housing Security as a Basis for the Formation of the Housing Policy of the Region

Abstract
The article conducts a study of the housing standard as one of the key indicators used in the formation of housing policy at the regional level in terms of determining the planned need for social housing. In the framework of the study, the terminology on the issue of housing provision was studied, the quantitative indicators of the standard of housing provision for individual states and regions were analyzed. Substantiated scientific and methodological approaches to determining the standard of housing with regard to increasing factors, and also determined the quantitative indicators of the standard of housing for the regional economy.
