Development and Application of a Virtual Shock Absorption Platform for Sports Shoes based on Abaqus

Abstract

Based on the finite element simulation analysis process for testing the shock-absorbing function of sports shoes, the Abaqus finite element simulation analysis software was developed using Python language for the secondary development of the virtual shock-absorbing platform for sports shoes. The complex finite element analysis steps were simplified into two main processes: pre-processing and post-processing. By inputting various parameters of the model, the pre-processing operations are completed, and through one click batch processing of simulation test results, the post-processing operations are completed, automatically generating various test indicator data and analysis reports, realizing the automation and intelligence of the simulation analysis process of sports shoe shock absorption function, improving analysis efficiency, and providing a professional simulation analysis tool for sports shoe shock absorption function material testing.
