Development in american school of public administration

Abstract
The peculiarities of development in American school of public administration have been analyzed in the article. The topical issues of the study on public administration have been outlined. Modern trends in developing American school of public administration have been revealed. Special attention has been paid to development of new principles and models of administration, implementation of new technologies of state and market regulation, reconsideration of requirements for professional and personal qualities of a public administrator, professonal training of public administrators at universities. Based on generalization of historical, social and public peculiarities of public administration development in the USA, we have singled out four stages of forming and developing American school of public administration.
