DEVELOPMENT, MAIN IDEAS AND FEATURES OF LEGAL FEMINISM

Abstract
In the article the author explores the emergence and development of such a phenomenon as legal feminism, determines the meaning of this concept. Modern ideas, features, problems of feminist theory of law and approaches (models) to solving these issues are analyzed in detail. Considering all the above aspects, the article contains a number of works by well-known scientists and representatives of the women's movement, their brief description and results. To confirm the existence and development of this phenomenon in Ukraine, the author turns to the activities of Ukrainian activists. Based on the research made during the article, the author concluded that legal feminism is actively developing around the world, including in our country, and its ideas are being realized in life.
