DEVELOPMENT METHOD AND TOOLS OF SHAPING MODERN ORGANISATION

Abstract
This article contains an attempt to identify the methods and tools creating modern economic or-ganizations. The method of organization’s development was indicated as a one of the most effective ways of creating current economic organizations. Not only the development influences building all the spheres of working organization, but also gives an opportunity to more effective competition and more effective new, better market position taking. Every method of forming the economic organization requires some tools for implementation. Thirty the most important economic and financial tools and twenty organizational tools in the exogenic and endogenic aspect, determining the possibilities of creation and growth of modern economic entities, were chosen for a realization of the method mentioned in the article, of creating the current organi-zation via development. This article also includes the analysis of causal associations between tools, func-tional spheres and opportunities for creative organization development.
