DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF TRADE ENTERPRISE IN POLAND AND UKRAINE

Abstract
Specialties that shape the competence of a future specialist in the field of entrepreneurship and trade play a significant role in providing human resources to the economy, improving its efficiency and competitiveness. Creation and functioning of a full and comprehensive free trade area between Ukraine and the EU, the expansion of trade relations, expanding the range of goods on the consumer market, and the integration of the euro, should increase the demand for specialty in the sphere of entrepreneurship and trade. However, since 2016, there is a decrease in the demand of entrants for the aforementioned specialties. Therefore, it is worth examining why there is a discrepancy between the increased opportunities for professional development and the reduction of demand for specialty in the field of entrepreneurship and trade. The analysis of competencies to be formed in the educational process of Ukraine (the standard of educational activity of the specialty “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Stock Exchanges” and Poland (Economic University in Krakow) made it possible to conclude that the Ukrainian version of the competence profile of a future specialist in the field of commodity research It requires the review and inclusion of such significant competencies as the emergence of the ability to use critical and innovative approaches, self-education ability, language skills in line with the requirements of Level B2 of the European System for Languages, knowledge of occupational safety and health rules.
