Diagnostic problems of neuroborreliosis

Abstract

Nowadays a significant increase in Lyme disease incidence rate in Ukraine ensures the relevance of the problem. The difficulties of clinical and laboratory diagnostics of early and late neuroborreliosis have been analyzed, the main clinical differences between the lesion of the nervous system of borrelia etiology and the similar neurological syndromes of other genesis are indicated.
