Digitalization of management as a factor of development of the modern state

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of problems and prospects of digitalization of public administration in the Russian Federation. The paper considers the approaches that allow differentiating the changes taking place in the modern system of government. The basic tendencies of the transformation of mutual relations of authority and the society in the context of the application of digital technologies and the use of network resources in administrative activity are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to various forms of electronic interaction of authorities and the civil society which are to optimize the activity of the authority structures, to provide the involvement and direct participation of citizens in putting forward appropriate ideas and making management decisions. Also, in the article, we touch upon the peculiarities of the formation of the open system data of socially significant information possessed by the state.
