ДИНАМІКА ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНИХ ЗМІН ГІПОФІЗАРНО-НАДНИРКОВОЇ СИСТЕМИ СТАТЕВОЗРІЛИХ ЩУРІВ-САМЦІВ В УМОВАХ ДОВГОТРИВАЛОЇ ДІЇ СОЛЕЙ ВАЖКИХ МЕТАЛІВ ТА КОРЕКЦІЇ АНТИОКСИДАНТАМИ (А-ТОКОФЕРОЛ)

Abstract

The State of functional pituitary-adrenal system mature male rats under conditions of long-term impact of heavy metals and correction of antioxidants (a-tocopherol). Rats of experimental group during the 90 days used normal drinking water, a rich combination of heavy metals: zinc (ZnSO4 • 7H2O) - 5 mg / l of copper (CuSO4 • 5H2O) - 1 mg / L iron (FeSO4) - 10 mg / l, manganese (MnSO4 • 5H2O) - 0,1 mg / l of lead (Pb (NO3) 2) - 0.1 mg / l and chromium (K2Cr2O7) - 0,1 mg / l. In order to study reparative changes in pituitary-adrenal system, to rats within 90 days with the use of a combination of heavy metals introduced into the diet and tocopherol. Established that heavy metal salts adversely affect the functional state of the pituitary-adrenal system. Action and antioxidant tocopherol in endocrinocytes pituitary characterized by a marked decrease high degree of tension in the pituitary gland secretory processes. A significant reduction of cortisol in animals that once, long treated with heavy metals and a-tocopherol may explain the lack of substitution and the protective effect of antioxidant respect sponhiotsytiv beam adrenal cortex.
