DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT OF THE ENERGY POTENTIAL OF AGRICULTURAL CROPS AND EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION ON THEIR BASIS OF BIOLOGICAL ENERGY

Abstract
Introduction. The use of any energy crops for obtaining biological fuel creates competition for land resources that can not but effect the food security of the country. From our point of view, this aspect must be considered for environmental and economic conditions of a separate region. Therefore the development of scientific and methodological support for conducting economic and environmental assessment of the energy potential of agricultural crops and efficiency of production on their basis of biological energy in view of providing environmentally safe development of landscapes is of great importance in this situation. Purpose. The aim of scientific research is scientific and methodological grounds features assess the energy potential of crops and production efficiency on the basis of bioenergy in view of providing environmentally sound development of landscapes. Methods. The research is conducted by use of the dialectical method of cognition of the economic laws and systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena, monographic, abstraction, abstract and logical method. Results. The questions of the problems and prospects for conducting economic and environmental assessment of the energy potential of agricultural crops and efficiency production on their basis of biological energy are considered in the article. Possibilities of further regulating the use of organic raw materials for biological fuels production in terms of agricultural enterprises are also explored there. The questions of balancing the use of energy crops in the food purposes and for the production of biological energy are considered by authors and ways to improve the basic system of efficient production and use of biological energy are also suggested in the article. Discussion. It is necessary to solve the following tasks in the perspective to increase the level of energy autonomy of agricultural production through biological energy in the coming years: to determine the resource potential of biological fuels in agriculture; to develop the basic principles of energy audit of agricultural production and optimize the structure of power equipment for obtaining the heat energy from biological fuels.
