DIRECTIONS OF IMPROVEMENT OF PREPARATION OF FUTURE MUSIC TEACHERS TO LEADING THE STUDENT'S MUSICAL AND INSTRUMENTAL ENSEMBLE

Abstract
As the title implies the article describes directions of improvement of preparation of future music teachers to control the student's musical and instrumental ensemble. The main emphasis is on psychological support of professional training of future teachers. The importance of striving of music teachers to self-improvement and self-sufficiency, comprehensive development and directions in dialogical relationship with participants in musical and instrumental collective is emphasized.
