Directions of improvement of the organization of the administrative legal proceedings in Ukraine.

Abstract
The article reveals the directions of improvement of the organization of administrative legal proceedings in Ukraine. It was stated that the directions of improvement of organization of administrative legal proceedings in Ukraine are: bringing normative and legal legislation in accordance with European international legal standards; reduction of valuation concepts in domestic legislation; clear delineation of jurisdiction between civil and commercial justice; improvement of court support, etc.
