DISCIPLINARY RESPONSIBILITY OF PROSECUTORS.

Abstract
The article highlights the disciplinary responsibility of prosecutors. The relevance of the topic is determined by the role of the prosecutor’s office, which, in the framework of the judicial system, in criminal and other legal proceedings, promotes the observance of the rule of law, the administration of justice, and the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the individual and society. The disciplinary responsibility of prosecutors, established by the law of the Republic of Moldova „On the Prosecutor’s Office” No. 3 of February 25, 2016, is not sufficiently covered in our legal literature. At the same time, certain norms regulating the disciplinary responsibility of prosecutors need to be improved.
