Diseases of endocrine system in children of Ukraine in 2017: indicators of prevalence and incidence and their dynamics

Abstract
Presented in this article is the information on prevalence and incidence of endocrine pathology among the child population of Ukraine in 2017, particularly in the regions, as well as dynamics of these indicators in recent years. Statistics on diabetes mellitus and obesity in children of various ages are highlighted. Indicators of institutional care are described. Problematic issues of specialized care for children afflicted with diseases of endocrine system are clarified, as well as propositions on its improvement.
