DISPOSITION IN THE PROCEDURAL SUPERVISOR’S ACTIVITIES AT THE STAGE OF PRETRIAL INQUIRY

Abstract
The article deals with the research of problematic issues arising in the course of implementing the prosecutor’s function on supervising the due law observance at the stage of pretrial inquiry. Author has analyzed legally guaranteed dispositive principles of prosecutor’s activity in criminal proceedings as well as provisions of certain legislative and departmental normative acts contradicting the modern reforming tendencies for public prosecution bodies. The issues of senior prosecutor’s and procedural supervisor’s cooperation at the stage of pretrial inquiry are examined as well as their powers in criminal proceedings are demarcated. Author makes certain suggestions regarding the improvement of criminal procedure law for the purpose of ensuring the disposition principle observance in the prosecutor’s actions and limiting the senior prosecutor’s intervention in his procedural activities.
