DISTANCE LEARNING TECHNOLOGY - RESERVE IN IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF MODERN EXPERTS

Abstract
Introduction. Basic descriptions of the distance learning as a tool of borderless education are analyzed. The accumulated national experience requires the detailed study to draw conclusions and move forward hand in hand with the global educational community. Methods. The basic models of the opened, extra-mural and distance studies are reflected and considered in the article. Results. The classification of information technologies of educational material presentation is showed during the distance studies. Those changes, innovations, distance learning is that the industry should promote the emergence of a new quality, increase productivity and efficiency, humanization of education etc. Discussion. The expedience of information technologies application of the distance studies is grounded for any form of studies.
