Documenting the Eggs Flow in the Poultry Industry

Abstract
The article is concerned with the main aspects of placing in property poultry products of the egg direction by means of primary accounting documents. Special attention is paid to the outdated forms of primary documents that were designed during the Soviet era and are still used in the poultry industry today. Studies on placing in property both at specialized and non-specialized poultry industry enterprises were carried out. The need to improve existing forms of primary documents has been discovered (Diary of income of agricultural products, Card for accounting mature birds and Card for accounting young birds). Also elaborated and offered are the new, including the Act of sorting eggs at the egg depot for poultry industry enterprises and Report on eggs flow at the egg depot. Introduction of such forms of primary documentation will provide for getting all the necessary information in a timely manner, analyzing in greater detail the work at the egg depot, forming a better information base for operational analysis and adopting appropriate management decisions.
