DOPUSZCZALNOŚĆ UJAWNIENIA PRAW OSOBISTYCH I ROSZCZEŃW KSIĘDZE WIECZYSTEJ

Abstract
Problematyka praw osobistych i roszczeń ujawnianych w księgach wieczystych budzi szereg kontrowersji w doktrynie i orzecznictwie. Biorąc pod uwagę sporą rozbieżność poglądów prezentowanych w kwestiach szczegółowych oraz szereg nowych stanowisk zaprezentowanych w ostatnich latach, problematyka ta jest warta osobnego opracowania. Analizując podjęte zagadnienie należy zastanowić się nad pojęciem praw osobistych i roszczeń, sposobem określenia które z nich mogą być ujawnione w księdze wieczystej oraz skutkami takiego ujawnienia.
