Abstract
Water is the primary source for drinking purpose..Due to industrialization the purity of water critically threatened. To investigate the water quality parameters of four sampling stations are taken from Urapakkam Town at the South of the Chennai City of the state of Tamil Nadu.. The standard methods of sampling and estimation is done for the ground water samples. The quality of water shows high values of electrial conductivity
