Drying of agriculture products using hot air oven and microwave method

Abstract

Drying, an ancient process to preserve foodstuffs. Hot air drying may lead to produce dried products with more than one year shelf life. However the quality of oven dried products is less than the origin products. The aim of this review article was to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of both aforesaid methods in drying of agriculture products.
