Abstract
In the article, there was an attempt to classity the problems connected with the issue of the credit- worthiness of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Polish legal system. The considerations started from the definitions of small and medium-sized enterprises within the meaning in various legal acts in Poland. The main groups were indicated by dilemmas as they relate to the problems and their duration. Based on personal experience of the author, there was an attempt on classification of these problems.
