Dylematy zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w średnich przedsiębiorstwach w Polsce

Abstract
The article presents the practical realization of the most important stages of personnel process existing in mid-size firms in Poland. Models and procedures, formed during this process, appear to be constant for many years even when the establishments become bigger. In the text wrong elements and the disadvantages of personnel stages, caused by management, were mainly taken into consideration. But the author also points out the fields which ought to be changed and indicated the directions of these changes.
