Dynamic Isolation in Case of an Elastic Supported Viaduct
Journal Title: Romanian Journal of Acoustics and Vibration - Year 2014, Vol 11, Issue 2
Abstract
The dynamic modeling, aims to analyze the dynamic behaviour of the viaduct to external actions from the road traffic and / or seismic movements. The analytical expressions of pulsation, frequency and of the eigenvectors are presented, thus putting in evidence the influence of inertial and structural characteristics on these.

Criteria of Stability for Equilibriums Described by Polynomial Characteristic Equations
In this paper are given some new criteria of stability for the equilibrium positions obtained by solving third, fourth and fifth degrees polynomials. These equations appear when the equation of motion has the form ẍ=f(x)...
About the Analysis of Post-Impact Oscillator Phenomena Which are Produced in Protective Structures Subjected to Shock Loadings, Using Mechanical Event Simulation
The article presents some aspects of the analysis oscillatory phenomena occurring after applying a shock loading to a protective structure using response simulation of the structure after impact. Protective structures co...
The Sound Distribution Uniformity Throughout the Multifunctional Hall „EUTHERPE”
In order to perform a full estimation of acoustic characteristics of public auditoriums there were defined „acoustic criteria” such as reverberation time, clearness index, intelligibility percent, uniformity index etc. T...
