ДЖЕРЕЛА ФІНАНСУВАННЯ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ АВТОДОРОЖНЬОЇ ГАЛУЗІ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
The role and importance of road sector in the economy and found that the trucking industry is a part of social sphere, the state which is an indicator of industrialized and civilized society and affects economic development, standard of living and so on. Based on the data and analytical experience of foreign countries explored the current state and level of development of the transport sector. The basic factors that hinder its development, among which are: the deterioration of roads, reduce road safety, insufficient to repair roads discrepancy reasonable scientific volumes and regulatory needs, the lack of roads and their traffic intensity discrepancy others. The above factors are the cause of under-funding road sector in Ukraine, which ultimately can lead to negative consequences of social and economic development. Sources of financial security trucking industry under the Law of Ukraine «On sources of financing road economy of Ukraine.» Based on this analysis determined that a major problem in the financial sector is providing road is funding its performance failure that hinders the development of the transport sector, reduce social and living of the population and socio-economic level of the country as a whole. The analysis projected in funding roads Ukraine under the state target economic development program of public roads in 2013-2018 years. Reveals the urgent problems of financial security road industry of Ukraine in the current economic environment and identified the major solutions
