Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of views on "political pedagogy" phenomenon of outstanding Spanish publicist, educator, psychologist Eloy Luis Andre (1876–1935). It is revealed that in many of his publications “political pedagogy” was given great importance in formation the civil spirit of Spanish nation, in which historical condition was seen - a panacea for all political problems of Spain at the end of the 19th - first third of the 20th century.
