E-Records Archive Service from the Perspective of Institutions and Organizations

Abstract
E-Archives; where the long-term safeguards of the e-records that they produce while carrying out the activities of the official institutions and organizations are kept together by bringing together the necessary ones on a regular basis and on certain basis. In the survey, all the Ministries and some institutions / organizations, universities and municipalities were evaluated in terms of the answers. It has emerged that coordination between public institutions and organizations should be developed in order for the National Archive services to be carried out in a healthy manner. In addition, for the establishment of National Archives, comprehensive meetings should be held with the participation of public institutions and organizations, the principles for archiving e-records should be determined and a policy records covering the transfer process of e-records to National Archives needs to be prepared.
