Abstract
Since a few years, we attend a proliferation of water conditioned in bag. Presented following the example of manufactured goods, this new category of water in bags seems to have the approval of numerous consumers. For device structural, they did not allow to respect good manufacturing practice. Our results also showed that samples present an acceptable content in certain chemical elements such as the nitrate, the ammonium and the chloride at the level of the microbiological parameters, analyses by the method of the filtering membrane, revealed the presence of coliformes in the samples of the water whith 3 coliformes totals and 2 coliformes thermotolerants. It confirmed the bad state of hygiene of factories and no compliance with good nanufacturing.
